Background
Crema Coffee House is a small friendly cafe based in the beautiful North Yorkshire market town of Helmsley which Rachel took over as owner in June 2012. We pride ourselves on our friendly, personal service giving all our customers that individual treatment that makes your visit special.
At Crema we serve fabulous coffee from Pumphreys. Pumphreys of Newcastle upon Tyne have been established coffee suppliers since 1750. They purchase only the finest coffee beans from around the globe and happily support the fair trade programme. Pumphreys flame roast their beans in traditional roasting drums dating back over 100 years, ensuring that delicious fresh tasting coffee in every cup.
We have an extensive menu, serving lite bites, including sandwiches, panini, jacket potatoes, soft drinks and cake and scones for 'elevenses and threeses' and much more. We now serve a breakfast menu every day and also have a 'children's menu' for our younger visitors.

We can be found just off the market square in Helmsley, opposite the Helmsley Book Shop. Parking is available in the market square

Summer opening hours (from Easter holidays until the October Half Term holiday):
We are open every day from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm Monday to Sunday
Winter opening hours (End of October Half Term until Easter holidays):
We are open every day from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Friday
10.00 am until 3.30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We will notify via Facebook and Instagram if we are unexpectedly shut for any day.
We are dog friendly and welcome well behaved dogs and their owners in the downstairs area of the cafe.
